Kathy is a North Carolina Broker/South Carolina agent and has been a realtor since 2001.  She has lived in South Charlotte since 1993 and has been here to witness the incredible growth this city has experienced.  She can help you find a home anywhere in the city, but specializes in those areas South of Southpark.

Kathy comes to Charlotte via Michigan and Indiana.  She was born in the Detroit area and after moving to Indiana, graduated from Purdue University (Go Boilers!) where she was an Animal Science major and member of the Equestrian Team.

Kathy is married to a pilot and has two children attending Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.  She is a proud soccer mom/team manager and classroom parent and spends any other spare time she can find singing in the church choir, riding her horse named Trouble, and walking on the greenways with her Brittany, Tyler.
